AN EXCEPTIONALLY RARE AND FINE STAINLESS STEEL AUTOMATIC WRISTWATCH WITH DATE AND BRACELET, MADE FOR THE SULTANATE OF OMAN SIGNED PATEK PHILIPPE, GENEVE, NAUTILUS 'KHANJAR' MODEL, REF. 3700/1, MOVEMENT NO. 1'304'952, CASE NO. 536'200, MANUFACTURED IN 1978 MOVEMENT: Automatic, Cal. 28-255C, stamped with the Geneva seal, 36 jewels DIAL: Ribbed black with the national emblem of the Sultanate of Oman, applied luminous white gold baton numerals, luminous hands, window for date CASE: Stainless steel Nautilus water-resistant-type two part case secured by four screws in the band, 42 mm. width SIGNED: Case, dial, movement, underside of bezel numbered 200 BRACELET/CLASP: 16.5 mm., Stainless steel Patek Philippe Nautilus bracelet with deployant clasp, overall length of the bracelet approx. 170 mm. ACCOMPANIED BY: A Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with black ribbed dial, luminous white gold indexes, emblem of Oman and steel bracelet in 1978 and its subsequent sale on 31 July 1978. The Extract states: “the original dial was changed during a servicing in our workshops in 2003
