Augusta Vindelicorum, Wildeisen, 1625]. 8vo (180 x 120 mm). Engraved title and 15 folding plates. Collation: [32], 484, [2]. Contemporary vellum, lettered in manuscript on spine. Condition : marginal restoration to title page and 7 subsequent leaves affecting only small amounts of text, plates with some splits at folds and browning, small patch of worming to lower right corners of first several pages and inside front cover, occasional soiling to covers. Provenance : "Julius L. Bork (?)" (ownership signature and 4 line passage on front endpaper); "Sam Olrebach"(second signature to rear pastedown); illegible blue stamping to front endpaper; Norman Douglas (purple stamp to corner of front pastedown). an early guide book of Italy with plates depicting the sights of italy’s many great cities, including, views of Rome, Venice, Sienna, and Naples.
