The tiny bubbles entrance, then the peach and apple blossom bouquet, honied and fragrant, turning gradually in the glass to a touch of hazelnuts. Then the full, fresh, apples and clementines overwhelm you on the palate. The harmony is perfect, with that magical 2002 sweetness and light balance - suspended, infinite and unalloyed beauty.
