Upon Christmas Day, after the solemnization of Mass, in the Cathedral Church of St, Peter, in the year 1702, 4pp., drop-head title, lightly browned, a few spots, modern boards, no place (?London) or printer, [?1703] § Hunt (John) The Doctrine of God’s Eternal Decrees Stated, first edition, title with wood-engraved printer's device, H4 2 small holes at foot, affecting part of 2 letters, not affecting sense, later ink notes to front endpapers, some spotting and water-staining, contemporary panelled calf, sympathetically rebacked, a scarce provincial imprint, Norwich, Henry Cross-Grove, 1726, sm.4to & 8vo (2) *** The first mentioned is rare. Not in British Library. ESTC lists only two copies (Glasgow and Uni. of Texas).
