I am indeed glad to know that you were among those who listened to the address at the San Francisco Conference, and that you support the purpose of the signing of the Peace Treaty with Japan. I am confident that it is another step forward on the road to world peace...." -- CLEVELAND, GROVER. Autograph letter signed as President to E.T. Gladwin, Executive Mansion, Washington, D.C., 1 page, 8vo, integral blank, on Executive Mansion stationery, complying with a request to "transmit these few lines to add to your collection of autograph letters.
