A group of 10 small leather-bound diaries or pocket books, 19th century, including an unused leather-bound diary, Le Souvenir or Pocket Tablet for MDDCCCXV, and another unused De La Rue's Indelible Diary 1860, together with: Illustrated Universal Pocket Diary and Almanack for 1870; an address-book; Lily, or Ladies Annual Pocket Book for 1882; The Englishwoman's Pocket Book for 1887; Renshaw's Diary and Almanack 1890; Pawsey's Ladies' Fashionable Repository for 1897; and four small autograph albums, all 8vo/12mo, the later diaries apparently the property of Mrs T.F Adams of Red House, Halstead, with her sporadic diary entries and accounts of expenses in pencil, plus a large and miscellaneous group of loose autographs (a small carton)
