Pro" House of Commons Post Paid wrapper used locally in London, stamped items with Line Engraved 1d. frankings, adhesives in album with 1840 1d., other countries with Madagascar Inland Mail 4d. used on 1893 cover to England bearing Natal 2½d., loose in packets, etc., mixed condition.
