Two volumes, three-quarters calf of the period, mottled paper sides. 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches (14.5 x 8.5 cm); [vi], 210 pp. 192 pp., with 16 plates in total, titled in French and German engraved by Moreau le jeune. Light wear to bindings, occasional slight toning or minot spotting of the text, in all a pleasant unsophisticated copy. With an early, possibly contemporary French armorial bookplate (unidentified) on the pastedowns. Childs XXXIX; Cohen-De Ricci 880. C
