Kemp took this influence to another level, obsessing with energy, movement and rhythm, and turning the figure into an abstract symbol. The board has likely been repurposed by the artist, and so displays inherent curves, holes, and textures (paint sits atop these). However, there are also some possible minor losses after the time of creation, mostly around the far edges of the board and so easily concealable. The work is housed in an artist's made frame.
