Although not dramatic, a wine of great depth. Distinctly dry, masculine, concentrated, chewy and of course tannic. Like an unexploded bomb. Tasted Feb 2002 (*****) A great future for the lucky-and very wealthy-few, and a disasterous waste for those who might buy it for almost immediate drinking-alas, this does happen, and unwittingly harms the reputation of the Domaine.
