Appears to be in generally good condition; It is possible a bronze element is missing that might have fit into the tree trunk stub (presumably for holding pens); There is a metal insert or well when the ink well cover is opened; Chip loss to marble rim edge along the top edge on the right facing side; Scratching to the marble on the left facing side.
