Walsh 1815, three hand-coloured views in Scotland after Bartlett, Purser and Allom, published by George Virtue, 1835-40, the original drawings including a pencil study of the Loggan Stone, Landsend, initialled J.S. lower right, a partly-coloured early 19th century pencil study of a Lioness & Whelps in an Eastern landscape, two pen & brown ink views of Sternberg & Liebenstein, and Ruine du Chateau dit Katz, St. Goar, each initialled B, several good-quality pen & brown ink studies of Scottish subjects (unsigned), a pen and brown wash view of Lundi Khana Pass, initialled G.A.C., and dated 1842, a pen and brown ink study of a Scots bagpiper, with hand colouring, dated Taymouth, October 8-40, a pen, ink and coloured chalk study of Bishop Thornhill seated holding a bible, a pencil view of Craigmillar Castle dated 1 June 1841, etc., all edges gilt, contemporary gilt-decorated full brown morocco, titled in gilt to spine Scrap Book, rubbed and scuffed, folio (37 x 27cm) (1)
