Contemp. blind-stamped pigskin over wood (corners sl. bumped with some lack of leather), boards later fully painted speckled reddish-brown, gilt-stamped central arms on front boards, bevelled edges, gilt spines with 4 raised bands, yellow leather title labels, metal clasps and catches (1 missing), red edges, fore-edge tabs of an old liturgic paper ms. Nice set. Rare first Paris edition (orig. Lyon of these sermons for the whole church year, by the Spanish dominican T. de Trujillo (fl. 1584-1610). Each part deals with 3 months. The 2nd vol. of part with continuous pagination from part 2.has as subtitle "Secundi tomi pars altera [...] Adiectae sunt in fine conciones ad diversas materias spectantes". Ref.
