(13 3/4 x 9 1/16in.), seventeenth-century blind-panelled calf, rebacked, corners and board edges renewed, the first 2 leaves ("To the Reader" and title) and the last leaf lacking and supplied in facsimile, D1 and quires l and ii probably supplied from another copy, D2, f6 and oo6 each with a small hole affecting 2 or 3 letters, rust-hole to s2 with loss to a word, marginal repairs to 6 leaves, 4-inch tear to ss5, repaired at margin, marginal repairs to ddd2 and ddd3 costing several words, a few marginal tears, small stains to 6 leaves partially obscuring a few letters, scattered staining throughout .
