Le manuscrit ouvre par la préface attribuée à Golandam, avec un beau frontispice enluminé, suivi du texte au f. 5b avec un second frontispice enluminé, titres dorés, et s'achève avec le colophon daté et signé enrichi d'enluminures. Trois miniatures accompagnent le texte, endommagées, elles ont été repeintes postérieurement. Plusieurs annotations marginales. (Usures). Reliure en maroquin brun estampé.
