CDV-sized tintype of two unidentified Union officers that appear to be 2nd Lieutenants (no rank pipes on the shoulder straps). Unfortunately, no insignia is visible, which makes it difficult to confirm the branch of service, although we suspect Infantry. Image measures approx. 2.25 x 3.75 in. Housed in an oval thermoplastic wall frame with gilt accents, 4 x 5.375 in. Condition: Tintype and frame both very good.
