5 parts in 1, second collected edition, with preliminary leaf of verses present but lacking engraved additional title and 3 blank leaves (e1, f.25 from first part; 2D4, f.160 from second part; and E6, final blank from third part), final part with separate title, both titles with woocut ornamental head-piece and vignette, woodcut initials, folding table, contemporary note of acquisition in ink on verso of final leaf, slightly later signature on recto of preliminary verses leaf, title with small portion cut from fore-edge (no loss to text), dd1 with paper flaw hole to lower margin, some light soiling and browning, a few rust spots, seventeenth century calf ruled in blind, corners worn, repair to lower cover, rebacked, rubbed, [STC 21877], folio, Edinburgh, Robert Waldegrave, 1597.
