Wonderful early 20th century album of an African-American family, with posed photos, candid shots, farms, fields, family, friends. Captioned in white ink on the pages of the album with nick-names, brief comments, etc. The name Susie Mae Baird appears in the same white ink on the first leaf of the album and the only hint as to location is a photo postcard showing the Calvary Baptist Church of Coffeyville, Kansas. Lot Amendments Condition: Album worn, some wrinkling and creasing to photos, a few captioned spaces with photos now lacking; very good. Item number: 257003
