Receiver marked with South African stamp, I.A.C. import address, and model along with Fazakerley "F" marking, serial number, and "9/49" date marking. Barrel shows 5-groove rifling. Condition: Good overall. Some thinning of finish on sharp edges and working parts. Stock shows some dents, marks, and blemishes consistent with surplus arms but no serious cracks or splits. Bore is good; some brightness with light storage grime. Visible edges to rifling.
