Provenance Marc Foxx Gallery, Los Angeles Catalogue Essay Minimalist sculpture was always supposed to represent a discreet object with no personification; as if it had been made by it’s self. There were these rules and regulations that one would have to adhere to in order to think of things as minimal objects. The “Interior Designer” show was my segue between these non-personified monoliths and the gesture of cutting them down via someone’s surface demarcation.
