Horstmann & Sons and with Philadelphia on the reverse. Simple brass hilt with D-shaped guard cast and chased on the sides and interior edge with a feathered design. Pommel of Widmann Type VI. Reeded bone grip. Plain scabbard with knobbed drag, two suspension rings and frog stud. Stamped on the reverse Horstmann and numbered 421. Condition: Fine blade showing light scratches and with some purpling and fading to bluing. Hilt and scabbard with dark brown patina.
