(1) The Ascension, initial 'I' (255x238mm), Christ ascending from a hill, the Virgin and Apostles below, text in a rounded gothic hand and 4 lines of music on 5 staves, within a fine floral border with putti, (miniature slightly rubbed; border severely rubbed; tears in leaf). (2) Pentecost, initial 'V' (263x268mm), the Virgin surrounded by Apostles, the Holy Dove within an aureole above, text and 4 lines of music on 5 staves within a floral border decorated with armorials (border rubbed, else in good condition). (3) Initial 'P' (130x110mm), grey foliage on gold-patterned orange ground, 4 lines of music on 5 staves; 3 large illuminated initials on verso, within a floral border with putti (verso rubbed). (4) Another leaf, with large initial 'N' from the same manuscript (4)
