The Eugene "Taffy" O'Callaghan Collection (Tottenham Hotspur, Leicester City, Fulham & Wales) mostly being an extensive photographic archive relating to O'Callaghan's career at Spurs, but some representation of other clubs including an album of photos relating to Fulham's Tour of Spain in 1949, the lot includes two official photographs of the 1931-32 and 1933-34 Spurs teams with printed legends, together many press photographs wide a wide variety of subject matter, also what appears to be some small, privately taken photographs including while Spurs were on tours, some autographs can be found sporadically on the material and includes a signed photo of the boxer Len Harvey dedicated "To my pal Taffy O'Callaghan", some postcards, and a scrapbook relating to O'Callaghan's career, plus loose press cutting, and a few other miscellaneous items including an amusing letter from the FAW berating O'Callaghan for running up too many expenses when on international duty Taffy O'Callaghan was born at Ebbw Vale 6th October 1906 and joined Tottenham Hotspur in 1925, making his first-team debut in January 1927. During his time at Spurs he made 252 League appearances scoring 93 goals. He transferred to Leicester City in 1935 and ended hid career with a coaching role at Fulham after the War. At international level he was awarded 11 Wales caps.
