Each of the parts is dated 1836, but the title-page which comes with the last part is dated 1837, which is the date of the first edition in book form. For the first 14 parts the wrappers, and text, are invariably in later states or printings, and they are lacking all of the advertisements; for Parts XV-XIX/XX, there are some variations, which are noted.
