Thirteen Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858) Woodblock Prints, Japan, seven from the series One-hundred Famous Views of Edo, originally published in 1856 by Uoya Eikichi (Uoei), including Evening Shower at Atake and the Great Bridge, on brown paper, Scattered Pines beside the Tone River, The Parting Waters at Mitsumata, Temple at Tsukiji and Teppozu, Yuhi Hill and the Drum Bridge at Meguro, and two of the cover, mostly later editions, all oban tate-e to 14 1/4 x 9 3/8; four from the series Famous Views of the Eastern Capital including Twilight View of Takanawa, Yard of the Zojoji Temple, Shiba, Plum Garden Estate, Kameido, and Weather after Snow at Massakiand, cropped, published in 1833-1843 by Kikakudo/Sanoki; Cooling off at Ryogoku Bridge, from the series Famous Places in Edo, published between 1833-1836 by Kikakudo; and Night Rain at Massaki from the series Eight Views of the Sumida River, later edition, originally published in 1840-1842 by Kikakudo, last six oban yoko-e, sizes to 10 3/8 x 14 3/4 in.
