THREE GLAZED POTTERY PILLOWS SONG/JIN DYNASTY, 10TH-13TH CENTURY One of Cizhou type, of tapering rectangular section, the convex top carved through the white and olive-brown slips with a large peony sprig, the long sides with panels of molded foliate and wave patterns, all under a clear glaze; another of Cizhou type and of bean shape, carved through the black and white slips with fish swimming amidst lotus plants on top and peony scroll around the sides, all under a clear glaze; the third incised on top with a leaping stag within a shaped cartouche surrounded by molded foliate scroll, the sides molded with boys playing amidst scrolling lotus stems, all under a transparent glaze 10 7/8, 11 7/8 and 9¼ in.
