There is a hairline crack to the glass panel on the top of the rocker; the tip end is missing on the Venetian pattern paper knife; there may be a short hairline crack to one of the side glass panels on the square ink, near to upper side; the molded colorless glass inkwell insert is nice and clean and fits well, however, it may be a later replacement; the flat desk calendar with the green slag glass in the Grapevine pattern does not have any of its paper inserts; the upright calendar appears to retain its original paper inserts; the gilding is pretty uniform and intact with some general wear, rubbing and dulling; the individual items may have had their gilding enhanced at some later point in their history; otherwise, each appears to be in good condition
