With the decorative bookplate of Sylvia D. Thompson. One of Charles Dickens's major novels, first published as a serial between March 1852 and September 1853. Lot Amendments Condition: Wear and rubbing to binding, spine and front board detached from interior but still in one piece, along with rear board, which is still holding; heavy foxing to frontispiece and illustrated title page, heavy darkening to plate margins, interior otherwise solid; about very good.
