Seville: widow of Nicols Rodriguez, 1671 [1672]. 2° (290 x 208mm). Etched frontispiece by Mathias Arteaga after Fr. de Herrera, etched portrait of Ferdinand III by Arteaga after Murillo, portrait of Charles II of Spain by Herrera, 9 etched plates of emblematic devices by Francisco de Arteaga, Lucas Baldes and Luisa Morales, 9 etched folding views and plans of and in the church at Seville by the Arteagas and Juan de Baldes Leal, plates in duplicate with the exception of the frontispiece and 3 folding etchings. (All plates backed or mounted on linen, washed and pressed.) Late 19th-century morocco gilt, bound for William Stirling Maxwell with his gilt monogram on lower cover (rebacked).
