Lot of 3 cabinet cards, including view of "Cho-Sha-Wat-Sah God Man," as titled in negative, posed with a tomahawk in hand, on mount credited to O. Drum, Pawhuska, Oklahoma Territory. Cho-Sha-Wat-Sah was a Sioux medicine man that played a major role in convincing and organizing Sioux and Cheyenne chiefs to join forces in attacking General Custer at the Little Big Horn. Image has lightened, some toning to print. Some minor surface soiling. Light corner/edge wear to mount. Oglala Lakota Chief American Horse and Family, as identified on mount verso, on mount with blindstamp of C.C. Stotz, El Reno, Oklahoma. Light staining along perimeter, corner and edge loss to mount. Some slight surface loss to mount verso, possibly a result of being previously mounted. Outdoor view of a Sioux Indian on mount lacking a studio credit. Light, even toning to print. Slight wear along perimeter of mount, including minor loss along right edge, just below top right corner of mount, as long as slight loss along top edge.
