Account of a Tour in Normandy; undertaken chiefly for the purpose of investigating the architectural antiquities of the Duchy, with observations on its history, on the country, and on its inhabitants, 2 volumes, 1st edition, London: John & Arthur Arch, 1820, half titles, 50 engraved plates, advertisement leaf at end of volume I, some offsetting and spotting, signed by R.H.I. Palgrave to head of titles, presentation inscription to Mary Anne Turner from her father Dawson Turner (signed in initials) to volume I half title, hinges reinforced, original boards, paper label to spines, rebacked, a little rubbed with some edge wear, 8vo, with an autograph letter signed tipped in to front of volume 1, from Francis Turner Palgrave to his aunt Mary Anne Turner dated at Bayeux, 27 August 1863, describing their trip to northern France with Cecille, 4 pp., 8vo (Qty: 1)
