Six prints on black velvet: "Shepherd", "Rachel", "Jerusalem" (the Dome of the Rock), "Ancient Plowing", "Tower of David", "The Reaper". Five are marked "Bezalel Jerusalem". The catalogue of the exhibition "Schatz's Bezalel" (1982) notes that most of the fabric works were made in the workshop of Michael Filmus (1892-1965), who worked at Bezalel in 1911-1916, founded the "Tamar" workshop for batik (etching) on metal, and engaged in printing on fabric. Size varies, approx. 17X29 cm to 40X50 cm. Each print is framed. Unexamined out of frame. Provenance: Willy Lindwer collection.
