Rare prospectus for this fraudulent automobile company run by con-artist Geraldine Elizabeth Carmichael (born Jerry Dean Michael) offering the a three-wheel, ultra-efficient automobile "The Dale" designed by Dale Clift. Touted as the Safest, Most Economical car ever built. The prototype was designed and built by Clift, and the project was subsequently marketed by Carmichael. The company would ultimately prove to be fraudulent when Carmichael went into hiding with investors' money and the vehicle never entered production. Carmichael went into hiding and was featured in an episode of Unsolved Mysteries which detailed the fraud behind the Dale as well as the fact Carmichael was wanted.
