TWO FOUR-CASE INRO AND TWO FOUR-CASE RED LACQUERED INRO The second signed Moei The first of roironuri ground decorated in gold hiramakie , scattered hirame and aogai inlay with bamboo, nashiji interiors, with a green ojime , 18th Century, (some wear); the second a roironuri ground inro decorated in gold and iroe hiramakie , gold kirigane and aogai with foliage, nashiji interiors, a carved nut ojime , signed Moei (Shigehide), 17th Century, (rubbed); the third carved with a Chinese sage and two karako under a willow tree within a shaped panel among stylized designs, the reverse similarly decorated with two sages with a fan and a karako , nashiji interiors, a red lacquered hako netsuke and a carved ojime , (slight cracks); and another guribori style inro lacquered in negoro style, a black lacquered ojime , both late 18th/early 19th Century, (chips, some old damage) 7.8cm., 7.5cm., 8.5cm. and 8.2cm. long respectively (4)
