TWO MEISSEN FIGURES MOUNTED IN ORMOLU AS A DESK ORNMANET AND ANOTHER MEISSEN FIGURE The first two figures circa 1745, the third of 18th Century porcelain with later decoration, the ormolu mount 19th Century The figures after models by J.J.Kändler , modelled seated, on flower-encrusted bases, one modelled as Harlequin, playing the bagpipes wearing feathered hat, puce, green and chequered jacket, yellow and green breeches (feathers to hat damaged, parts of bagpipes and fingers lacking, other chipping); the second modelled as Columbine, playing the hurdy-gurdy, wearing pink cap, laced bodice and blue skirt (broken in half and extensively damaged); and another model of Harlequin, similar to the preceding, wearing a yellow jacket painted with scattered playing cards and blue breeches (slight chipping) 8½ in. (22.5 cm.) wide overall (3)
