TWO SMALL CARVED AND INSCRIBED BAMBOO BRUSHPOTS LATE QING DYNASTY One is inscribed with a twelve-character poem, signed Xiaoshan ; the other is incised with a four-character title, Taxue xunmei (searching for prunus in the snow), and an inscription incorporating a cyclical date gengzi , corresponding to 1840, followed by the signature Shaoxi shanren .
