including one brass and cast iron Spencer, Buffalo, NY microscope in fitted mahogany case with original locking key. Also in the case are four different lenses for the microscope. Box's volume measures 8.75" x 6.75" x 12.75". PLUS one Yashima Optical Co. electric microscope in wooden box. Includes extra lens, spare parts, storage containers, inspection certificate, and a letter from the original owner to the collector, explaining the microscope's origins. Volume of box measures 9" x 8" x 13.75". Condition: Some scratches on wood cases, and both are missing a few original lenses, otherwise all in very good condition.
