Condition : rebacked preserving original spine, light browning. Provenance : Frances Mark Richardson Currer (bookplate). Frances Mary Richardson Currer (1785-1861) was the heiress of Rev. Henry Richardson Currer and a well known book collector. She lived in Eshton Hall, Skipton and had close ties with many of the notable literary thinkers of the time, including Charlotte Bronte.
