Three volumes. 20th century cloth (slightly varied). 7 7/8 x 4 1/2 inches (20.5 x 12 cm); 494; 576; 477, [131] pp. Titles stamped and with ink markings to verso, early ownership signatures struck out, other indistinct contemporary ownership signatures to titles, one modern endpaper lacking, some spotting but generally clean. Evans 32973; Together with Acts Passed at the First Session of the Fifth Congress of the United States of America. Philadelphia: Folwell, [1797]. This bound with the Acts of the Second and Third sessions with continuous pagination but imprinted by Bioren in 1800. 20th century cloth. Dampstain, foxing. First part Evans 32952; And another edition of Acts Passed at the First Session of the Fifth Congress, this copy fronted by a general title Laws of the United States...Vol. IV imprinted by Carey in Philadelphia 1803, followed by a title page for the Acts of the First Session with a Folwell imprint (circa 1803), the second session imprinted by Carey, and the third session imprinted by Folwell. Paper replacement to first title, spotting, stamped; And Acts Passed at the First Session of the Sixth Congress, this copy fronted with a general title Laws of the United States...Vol. V imprinted by Samuel Harrison Smith in Washington City, followed by a by a title page for Acts of the First [...
