Smith photograph cataloged in Picturing Frederick Douglass as Plate 21 and curated by Cornell University, Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections. Condition: CDV with light wear and discoloration to edges and corners of mount, with one discolored spot to bottom of mount. Image with two small abrasions not affecting subject. Verso with collection/cataloguing code penciled along upper edge.
