A fine and very unusual 18K pink gold wristwatch with two-tone silvered dial and fancy lugs Signed Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, ref. 4540, movement no. 492'874, case no. 321'302, circa 1951 Cal. P453/3B nickel-finished lever movement, 17 jewels, the two-tone engine-turned silvered dial with applied gold lozenge-shaped, dot and Arabic numerals, blank subsidiary seconds, outer blank ring with pearly minute divisions, in large circular case with snap on back, later added unusual chain link-shaped fancy lugs, case, dial and movement signed 37 mm. diam.
