A very fine, rare and attractive 18K pink gold chronograph wristwatch with multi-scale dial Signed Vacheron Constantin, Genève, ref. 4072, movement no 446’424, case no. 291’817, manufactured in 1946 MOVEMENT: manual, cal. 434, 17 jewels DIAL: silvered, applied pink gold Arabic and dot numerals, fifth of a second combined with five minutes divisions, telemetre scale, outer tachymetre scale graduated to 1000 UPH, two sunken engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 30 minutes register CASE: 18K pink gold, snap on back, two rectangular chronograph buttons in the band, 34.5 mm diam. SIGNED: case, dial and movement ACCOMPANIED BY: Vacheron Constantin letter dated 20 October 1989 confirming production of the present watch in 1946 and its original invoicing to Germany
