FIRST EDITION, of Martyn's translation. Engraved portrait frontispiece and 16 engraved illustrations (on 15 plates) including 7 of Vergil's flowers and 6 colored engraved maps (3 folding) by B. Cole. Provenance : The Lord Wardington, Wardington Manor, Banbury, Oxon., bookplate (sale, Christie's London...). (2)
