Gering gebräunt, stellenw. leicht stockfl. (38 etwas stärker). 130 (of 145) colour-printed and additionally coloured engraved plates from the folio edition of one of the most splendid bird books of its age (there was also a large-folio edition), trimmed to plate-edges and within, absolutely minute loss of printed area to a few plates. Some browning and light foxing (pl. 138 a little worse). In modern green cardboard box.
