Provenance : stamped in back: "Für die Meggendorfer-Blätter, Munich", and also identifying the artist, with inventory number. Mila von Luttich was an Austrian Art Nouveau artist and children’s book illustrator who is perhaps best remembered for her contributions to the internationally known satirical magazine Meggendorfer-Blätter founded by Lothar Meggendorfer in 1886.
