.44 rimfire caliber, 20" round barrel length, S/N 46628. Two-line barrel address with patent dates on top of the barrel. "A. Jones" is carved into the left side of the butt stock. Brass frame and buttplate with oil stained walnut stock. Blue barrel and magazine tube with case colored lever and hammer. Comes with period leather carbine scabbard. Condition: The brass frame and buttplate have been polished. The barrel and magazine tube have a nice even plum patina. The stock is good with normal nicks and dings from use. The lever and hammer have a salt and peppering pitting blending to a dark patina. Mechanically good. Bore is good, but can clean to better. Leather scabbard is very good.
