LIMITED TO 200 COPIES, this copy signed by the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and inscribed to David Battan [of Fresno, California]. With a loosely inserted one-page typed letter signed, dated 15 November 1963, from the Duke to Battan, stating that he and the Duchess have autographed the book as requested.
