Accompanied, as issued, by an autograph letter signed by Ruskin, dated 1875, on both sides of 7x4½" sheet of his Brantwood letterhead, apparently to his publisher, discussing several works on progress. Loose in original gilt-lettered morocco folder. (The letter is creased, paperclipped to typed transcript, with small clip stain.) Lot Amendments Condition: Fading to about seven of the spines, others only slightly so, a few with minor rubbing or small stains to spines; near fine condition, contents immaculate.
