WWII Campaign Medals. A well documented group to Private A.V.B. Stone, Instructional Corps, South African Corps Defence and War Medals, Africa Service Medal ‘P6770 A.V.B. Stone’, good very fine mounted for wearing, with a copied photograph of the recipient in uniform, a related cloth badge and extensive copied research including record of service, education, training and an account of a fight over a game of snooker! A group of five to Lance Corporal A.W. Young, S.A.E.C. 1939-1945 Star, Africa Star, Defence and War Medal, Africa War Service ‘215441 A.W. Young’, some verdegris but generally good very fine , with copied service papers. A group of four to Private J. Redshaw, 1st Volunteer Battalion, S.A.E.C. 1939-1945 Star Africa Star, War Medal, Africa War Medal ‘1414 J. Redshaw,’ good very fine, with copied service papers, together with War Medal and African War Medal (2) ‘116552 H.E. Ogden / M26300 J. Du Preez’, good very fine, both with copied service papers.
