S152MK is one of from a series of Springfield Silver Ghosts delivered in the Summer of 1925. Frank Cooke prepared it as an exhibition chassis, which he displayed with enthusiasm at R-R.O.C. seminars, eager to share his mechanical knowledge and his passion for Rolls-Royce engineering. Although unused for many years, this was a fully operational running chassis when Frank Cooke exhibited it and is mechanically substantially complete. The chassis is complete with radiator, (lacking badge), running boards, battery and tool boxes, engine undertrays, hood, firewall and dashboard with all instruments except the clock. This vehicle is offered strictly as viewed as the basis for restoration as an exhibition chassis or preferably to be re-bodied as a most practical tour car.
